For more than 20 years I have been developing service businesses — as managing director of international group subsidiaries, as the person responsible for building new units from scratch, and as an advisor to founders and small companies. The common thread: I take business models from idea to reliable operation. Structures, numbers, processes — and the people who work with them.

Project management with digital methods — HOCHTIEF ViCon
At HOCHTIEF ViCon, the consulting and digitalisation arm of HOCHTIEF Engineering, I work as a project manager at the intersection of construction and digital transformation: project management with digital methods, information management, and the development of the service portfolio.
Most recently, I built up the company's business development office and led it on an interim basis until handover to its permanent head — including special projects for executive management in strategy, sales processes and benchmarking.

My consulting practice is independent of my role at HOCHTIEF and operates outside the construction sector.
